Introduction to Mindfulness through Art-making

Mindfulness practice is like a gym workout for your brain. Mindfulness is a mind training that teaches us to purposefully pay attention to whatever is happening – including our surrounding, thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations, in the present moment, non-judgmentally.
